Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Rogers Jewelry Co. Web site located at thinkrogers5-px.rtrk.com, and all associated Web sites linked to thinkrogers5-px.rtrk.com by Rogers Jewelry Co., its subsidiaries and affiliates, (collectively 'the Site'). Please read these terms and conditions (the 'Terms and Conditions') carefully. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Online Return Policy

To ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, Rogers Jewelry Co. is pleased to extend to our online customers, the same return privilege that customers of our brick-and-mortar stores enjoy. Rogers Jewelry Co. will accept any item for return, within thirty (30) days of the date you receive it provided the item is in original condition, has not been altered and you return it with all of the original packaging. For any lab certified diamond, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report. If you do not include the diamond grading report with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee of $150.

This offer does not apply to merchandise that has been altered or was ordered specifically for you.

Our Return Process
You may return your online purchase two ways. Either send it back to us or return it to any of our brick-and-mortar locations.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed immediately during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time). Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Control department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Rogers Jewelry Co.), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. Returns with no Rogers Jewelry Co. return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

How To Return Your Online Purchase
1. Obtain a Return Authorization Code by emailing contact@thinkrogers.com. You'll be sent a Return Authorization Code by email during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time). You may also call 209-578-1873 xt. 223 during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time) to speak to a customer service representative.
2. Return the merchandise along with any and all packaging as well as the diamond grading report(s) (when applicable) using the Return Authorization Code, to any of our Rogers Jewelry Co. locations or, follow the instructions below to ship the merchandise back for a refund.

How To Ship A Return

Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond grading report(s) and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $150 replacement cost. Include a copy of the original invoice and write the Return Authorization Code given to you on it. Also, please write the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the package.

Insure Your Package. Send it US Postal Service® registered mail, with a return receipt and insure it for the value you paid for the item. Mail it to:

You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. * Rogers Jewelry Co. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Returning To Our Brick-And-Mortar Locations
You may take your item, along with any packaging, warranty and diamond grading report(s) (when applicable) and your Return Authorization Code to any of our locations where the store staff will review the item. Once they have verified that the item is in good order and all the packaging is present, including any diamond grading report(s), they will notify the returns department and your credit card will be refunded immediately during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time).

Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

When Will Your Order Be Processed?
We process orders placed before 5pm Pacific Time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday) the same day we receive the order. (See below for details)

If you place your order before 5pm on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 5pm on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

Items that are in stock will ship the following business day. Items that must be ordered from the vendor are at the discretion of the vendor. For any item not in stock at the time the order is received, our Customer Service Department will contact you via the email address or phone number provided on your order and inform you of an approximate delivery date.

Shipping Details
All orders are insured and shipped via UPS® Next Day Air Saver® service unless you request otherwise. Next Day Air Saver® delivery is typically the next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30pm where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30am*

Rogers Jewelry Co. will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
A signature is required for all deliveries regardless of any waivers you have with UPS®.
If you are unavailable for signature on a weekday, send us an email at expert@thinkrogers.com and we will arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee.

*Rogers Jewelry Co. cannot be held liable for delays in delivery by UPS®.
Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses
Rogers Jewelry Co. will ship to an APO / FPO address. Rogers Jewelry Co. ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail. From that point on, we depend on the military postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date.

International Shipping
Rogers Jewelry Co. cannot ship items internationally.

Shipping Of Jewelry
Your item(s) will be placed in a gift box and secured in shipping appropriate packaging and sealed. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
